SRIJOTHI HOMES PVT. LTD. is the real estate company registered in July 2017. Though it is a startup, it has been supported by a solid back up work from the year 2003 initiated by its present Managing Director, InderBalajisingh, who not only laid the foundation through his relentless effort and hardwork but also had made certain strategic applications to transform a proprietorship business into a private limited start up. He gave the lead to creating a mass awareness to living under serene atmosphere changing the life style for urbanities to move into semi-urban agglomeration.

To achieve great accomplishment the following seven part process was structured as the strategy of the Company:

Timely review of distribution channels
